Winniebrand provides digital eBooks and other digital reading materials. All products sold on our website are delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.
Digital Delivery
After your payment has been successfully completed, your order will begin processing.
For products available for immediate delivery, download instructions or access information may be provided shortly after purchase.
In some cases, additional processing or file preparation may be required. Please allow up to 48 hours after successful payment for your digital product to be delivered.
Digital products may be delivered through:
- A download link provided after checkout;
- A download link or access instructions sent to the email address provided during checkout; or
- Another electronic delivery method clearly communicated to you.
Please make sure the email address entered during checkout is accurate and accessible.
Delivery Time
Most orders are processed as quickly as possible. However, digital delivery may take up to 48 hours due to order verification, payment processing, file preparation, technical issues, or other circumstances requiring additional processing.

No Physical Shipping
Winniebrand sells digital products. We do not ship physical books or other physical merchandise.
Therefore:
- No physical shipping is required;
- No shipping or delivery address is required for fulfillment unless requested for payment verification purposes;
- No tracking number will be provided; and
- No physical package will be delivered.
Download Issues
If you receive a broken download link, corrupted file, incomplete file, or experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us at info@winniebrand.com.
Please include your order number and the email address used for your purchase so we can locate your order and assist you.
Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file, a new download link, or another reasonable solution.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address during checkout.
